The 2022 Orlando Predators Arena Football Team announces its final roster as the season returns to Central Florida and the Amway Center this summer!

ORLANDO, Florida, April 26, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The National Arena League (NAL) Orlando Predators Arena football team has just completed its preseason camp, and head coach Jeff Higgins has announced the final roster for the 2022 season. In its 2n/a year under new ownership and management, the energy has been undeniable and the excitement throughout the organization is unparalleled. There is no doubt that the mix of talent and arena football experience will be at the forefront of another Orlando Predators run at 3rd league championship.

The Preds will begin the season with the first two games on the road starting this Saturday in San Antonio, with the home opener on May 7.and at the Amway Center for Military Appreciation Night, kicking off at 7 p.m.

Apart from the great mix of talent and experience, there are some fantastic personalities on this year’s roster. One of our team leaders and fan favorite returning this year is none other than veteran starting center DeQuan Murray. DeQuan’s energy and enthusiasm for the game and the fans is infectious. We can expect big plays on both sides of the ball from this Preds veteran all season.

Head Coach Jeff Higgins promises to bring a fast, exciting, hard-hitting and action-packed brand of football. Preds fans will have a blast watching them play with a series of end zone celebrations, “Big Hits List” tackles along the sidelines, and of course, high fives and helmet slaps with the fanbase after monster games. all season. Coach Higgs, who is known for his intensity on the sidelines but prefers to fly under the radar when it comes to making bold statements about the season, recently referenced the difference between the jungle and a rainforest. “The jungle is where you find the predators, and that’s all I have to say about it”! To note: “The Jungle”, was the nickname given to Amway Center when the Preds played.

After an intense pre-season camp, the coaching staff has compiled a “watch list” of veteran players they believe will make a big impact this season for the Predator championship.
