Quddus to inaugurate rebuilt Mir Ghaus Bakhsh Bizenjo football stadium in Gwadar

ISLAMABAD: The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) has rebuilt the Mir Ghaus Bakhsh Bizenjo football stadium located in the center of Koh-e-Batil at a cost of Rs 16.3 million in order to provide a better environment for the youth to flourish in addition to ensuring the best sports facilities.

Located right next to Gwadar Beach, the newly refurbished state-of-the-art football ground is poised to provide eye-catching views and a great opportunity for local talent to pursue their football pursuits.

After the huge response from the Gwadar Cricket Stadium, the football ground is another big step in the same direction.

Baluchistan Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo is expected to inaugurate the newly renovated Gwadar Football Stadium, spread over an area of ​​138,000 square feet.

The people of Balochistan have hailed the establishment of world-class football stadiums in Gwadar where local players can pursue and enjoy their passion.

In Gwadar, local football fans can play football day and night on the new international standard ground.

According to officials, the facility will also be used for playing football, training, for children and adults, as well as hosting matches at the national level.

Within the stadium, a new spectator pavilion, separate guest lounge area, player bedrooms and offices have been fitted out along modern lines.

A sports fan, Muhammad Khan Kakar, said football is a very popular game in Balochistan, adding that modern football stadiums will help youngsters to harness their skills. He said football players need to be encouraged and facilitated to get opportunities in the national football team.
