FFB calls Belize Women’s National U15 Football Team to camp

By Ruben Morales Iglesias: The Belize Women’s National U15 Football Team (BGNT) was called to camp on Saturday March 19 to begin training for the UNCAF U15 Championship to be held mid-year.

The Belize Soccer Federation said the 35 girls called up should report to camp by 8:30 a.m. Saturday for practice on Saturday and Sunday. BGNT is expected to train from Friday to Sunday every weekend thereafter until mid-June.

The UNCAF U15 Championship will be hosted by the Costa Rican Football Federation in San José from June 19-25.

The coaching staff is headed by head coach, Joseph Waight; Assistant Coach, Paul Casimiro; and goalkeeping coach Miriam Villamil.

The 35 players called up to camp are:
