Cowboys vs. Football Team: Tyron Smith did not train

The Dallas Cowboys prepare to host the Washington football team on Sunday night. This will be the second game in three weeks between the two opponents from the NFC East. Dallas enters the game in relatively good health for this time of year.

Tyron Smith is improving according to his coach who defined his status as “much better” than last week, but the Cowboys have decided he will not be training today. Instead, he went to rehab.

Tony Pollard and DeMarcus Lawrence were both limited today and spent time in rehab on the ropes.

The Cowboys could pick up a tight gun in time for the playoffs. Blake Jarwin could start working soon.

The Cowboys have asked a few coaches to get into COVID protocols, including defensive line coach Aden Durde. We sometimes forget to give credit to Durde who is making the most of his defensive line now that he has some healthy pieces.

The good news is that Osa Odighizuwa is back from quarantine, although Trysten Hill is still out.

The Cowboys also made moves with a few guys from the bottom of the roster.
